FORT WORTH, Texas — The Transport Workers Union (TWU) announced today that American’s more than 350 flight crew training instructors and simulator pilot instructors approved a new five-year contract. The new contract includes significant pay raises, which will take effect Jan. 19.
“American’s flight crew training instructors and simulator pilot instructors are critical to our operation, and that is reflected in this agreement,” said Captain Alan Johnson, American’s Vice President of Flight Operations. “We’re pleased to have finalized this new agreement and grateful to the TWU for its professionalism during negotiations.”
